Clinical thinking
before technique

GLOTTANEX is Lyudmila Kozub’s author-led educational school for Russian-speaking speech-language therapists working in healthcare. It brings together professional courses, clinical case-based books and practical learning tools within one mechanism-oriented framework.

The GLOTTANEX framework

Observe. Form a hypothesis.
Reassess.

The work begins with facts rather than a familiar exercise. The clinician identifies what is observed, formulates a mechanism-based hypothesis, determines which data are still missing and makes a decision within professional scope.

Educational materials support clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary dialogue. They do not replace medical diagnosis, instrumental assessment, clinical guidelines or the decisions of the treating team.
